Indrek Poolak
Indrek Poolak is Kurgo Restoran's sommelier, whose passion for wines and quality drinks has taken him through Europe's finest wine regions. His carefully curated drinks list pairs the table with the world's best producers – for every dish, every palate and every evening.
I have never taken for granted that a person feels confident in front of a restaurant wine list. The world of wine is so varied and constantly changing that it is truly difficult to keep up.
I have tasted chef Jarno's various menus and enjoyed his wonderful style. It is precisely based on this experience that I have created Kurgo's wine list — and alongside it a small guide to help you, dear guest, find the wine that suits you most easily.
